Helmholtz Open Science Forum: Scholar-led Publishing

Diamond Open Access is a current buzzword; the focus in this context lies on locating scientific publication opportunities more strongly in the scientific environment beyond profit-oriented platforms. During the forum, presentations and discussions will explore this path towards the open access transformation: including insights into different operating models for Diamond OA journals already actively pursued in the natural sciences. In addition, the EU Commission's perspectives on the further development of the publication platform Open Research Europe will be presented.

The Helmholtz Open Science Forum provides an opportunity to exchange ideas and network with colleagues and is an internal meeting of the Helmholtz Association.

Participation is free of charge and reserved to employees of the Helmholtz Association. The event is organized via Zoom and will take place in English.
